Learning to Live and Loving to Play

Learning to Live & Learning the Game,
One of the biggest influences on me has been my mom. Smart, Active,  Awesome, she, alongside my extended family have shown me so much about being well-rounded and confident. These qualities that have contributed so much to my living a healthy life style and how I approach soccer.
Wonderful snowy cold days on the slopes, skiing the Cascades, not so wonderful — at the time anyways 🙂  — wet cold days fishing , studying hard to keep my grades up, or even drinking a pumpkin latte in front of the fire with a book at a cabin in the mountains all contribute to my position as a goalkeeper. How? Well, I simply believe that if you have enough heart to try anything, then you have the heart to do it the best you can.
Part of being the best is being a good person which means being a reliable part of the team or family. Someone to trust!   So, whether I am outback chopping wood, washing dishes, doing other house chores, homework, or playing small-sided games at soccer practice. I’m focussed and ready!  Although, that being said, I’d much rather be playing soccer.
