Tacoma Strength and Conditioning Coach to Work with Area Goalkeepers on Speed, Agility, and Nutrition

Tacoma Strength and Conditioning Coach B

Tacoma Strength and Conditioning Coach Brent Roling brings knowledge and a proven track record to support local goalkeepers.  Roling, who owns and operates Coach B Strength and Conditioning has successfully created a competitive advantage at the local University of Puget Sound.

As a former Division 1 football player himself and University of Nevada, Reno alum, he has strived to bring a “Division 1” mindset to all athletes at UPS; combining training, conditioning, and nutrition methodologies learned at the masters level where he won an award for his dedication to research.  After two years as the head strength and conditioning coach at UPS, he has already decreased injury rates and has completely changed the culture of strength and conditioning. Now he is excited to offer services to Tacoma soccer players, families, and athletes alike.

Roling’s background has shown results at UPS where he has worked with women’s soccer for two years and men’s soccer for over 1 year.  Throughout this time period, coaches have explicitly stated that their teams have never been faster, stronger, healthier, or more bought into strength and conditioning thanks to the now local Tacoma strength and conditioning coach.

Roling states the following about the reasoning behind the success of his program: “I train through all planes of movement, monitor data (subjective and objective), and prescribe functional cool downs that emphasize balance and joint stability.”

Roling is confident in his strength training system.  He believes the key ingredients for a successful plan are education, assessment, progression, and discipline among others.  The professional experience and knowledge are exactly what Tacoma soccer needs, and he is looking forward to working with Tacoma soccer coaches to provide programming that will decrease injury risk and optimize athletic performance for their teams.

With coach Roling on board with Fairo Sport he is hoping to share his knowledge with coaches around the world that are in the coaching network.  Stephen Swanger, Fairo Sport founder, who also runs Fairo Goalkeeping and Elite Goalkeeper Camps, is planning to host multiple goalkeeper camps throughout the Puget Sound area and beyond, Including hosting clinics with Coach B Strength and Conditioning starting in November.
