What is THE HOLDER OPEN?
The Holder Open is an Annual KEEPER WARS Event Series In various locations for families, Goalkeepers and Goalkeeping enthusiasts.
What is KEEPER WARS?
GK WAR is A 1v1 Game for Soccer Goalkeepers male and female all ages where Two goalkeepers use every skill and technique to face off against each other, trying to score using feet and hands. This is the Ultimate battle of Goalkeeping Superiority. Two goals are set up facing each other 18 – 28 yards apart.
Basic KEEPER WARS Rules at the HOLDER OPEN
1. 2 Min Halves. Switch Sides (4min Games). GKs can only shoot (using throws or shots of any kind) or save from their halves. Field varies in sizes
2. Corners apply – If a GK makes a save and it goes for a corner, it’s the opposing gk’s ball.
3. Four (4) GKs in group stages, 3 minimum Games per Keeper. Winners of age group progress to higher age group.
4. All goalkeepers are always helping with balls and cheering awesome shots, saves & efforts
5. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 pts for a loss
6. The game begins with the ball in the middle of the field and on the whistle both players can advance to the ball, or one player can stay and try to save the first shot.
7. Drawn games go to sudden death after group stage.
8. Remember “Better Butter!”
Winners will win THE HOLDER OPEN medals. The OPEN Winner will have Their names permanently engraved on The Holder Open Trophy, and also receive a medal.

2008-2010 – Played for Long Island Rough Riders in the PDL two consecutive seasons
2007-2008 – Goalkeeper at The University of Maryland
2005-2007 – Goalkeeper at Joe Public FC winning the championship Three consecutive years.
2003-2005 – Goalkeeper at San Juan Jabloteh, winning the u-20 national championship and Goalkeeper
of the Tournament
2003 – Won High School Championship at Queen’s Royal College as captain of the team.
2000-2003 – Goalkeeper at Super Star Rangers, winning every game in 2001 U-16 Championship,
Traded to Jabloteh FC, winning the u-20 championship
2001 – Began my coaching career at the La Foucade Soccer Clinic
