A New Approach to Youth Soccer Development
Fairo Soccer Academy believes that youth soccer should be accessible and affordable for everyone. Our model is built on smart use of local resources, offering flexible schedules that include partnerships with local schools and virtual education options. This allows us to provide personalized support to student-athletes without the huge price tag of traditional academies. We use local coaches, facilities, and schools to give players top-notch training while still respecting their schoolwork.
Morning training sessions, when facilities are less busy, maximize training time and keep family time intact – because we know how important that is for young athletes. Our goal is to change the game in youth soccer, creating an inclusive environment where all kids, no matter where they live or what their family's finances are like, can reach their full potential.

We understand the challenges aspiring athletes face in balancing their passion for sport with their education. Our comprehensive program is designed to nurture both athletic and academic excellence, providing a pathway for Spokane soccer players to reach their full potential.
We offer Spokane's high school soccer players an accessible, international academy experience at a fraction of the cost, featuring 160 days of periodized morning training between Labor Day and Memorial Day, aligning with the U.S. school year to allow student-athletes to dedicate their mornings to soccer development while still playing for their club and school.
Our experienced coaches focus on holistic development, refining technique, enhancing tactical understanding, and developing physical fitness, while also instilling essential life skills like discipline, dedication, and teamwork.
Performance-based soccer training is a structured, data-driven approach to player development that prioritizes measurable improvement. It's periodized, meaning training is organized into specific cycles (periods) to optimize performance at key times, rather than simply training hard all the time.
This approach is student-athlete centered, focusing on the individual needs and goals of each player. It also incorporates a USSF (United States Soccer Federation) and international 4-pillared approach, which typically encompasses technical, tactical, physical, and psychological elements of the game, ensuring holistic player development

- Mentorship and Guidance: Our staff act as mentors, providing guidance and support to help student-athletes navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
- Coaching Pathway: We offer opportunities for players to gain coaching licenses and certifications, creating a pathway for those interested in pursuing coaching careers.
- International Opportunities: During school breaks, athletes have the chance to train with our partner clubs and organizations such as IDA, Estudiantes de La Plata, and the French Football Federation.
