About Me
A Passion for the Beautiful Game
My love for soccer began at a young age, fueled by countless hours spent on the pitch. As a player, I honed my skills through ODP, high-level youth leagues, and collegiate play. I even had the privilege of representing the US Army National Team, where I learned the importance of teamwork and leadership.

From Player to Coach
After retiring from my playing career, I transitioned into coaching. My background in education, with a Master's in Education from LaSalle, provided me with a solid foundation for teaching the game. I've coached teams at various levels, from high school to professional, always striving to develop players' skills and instill a love for the sport.

About Fairo
I founded Fairo Sport LLC with the goal of sharing my knowledge and passion for soccer. Now in its eighth year, Fairo offers specialized training in individual skills, goalkeeping, and positional play. My experience as a high-level player and a coach within the Valencia CF system has fueled my commitment to continuous learning. I've combined my knowledge from various coaching certifications, including the UEFA C (Wales) Coaching License, USSF D License, TOVO Method, and NSCAA Goalkeeping certifications, to create a unique Fairo methodology. I've also developed over 200 pages of training materials to ensure consistent instruction across all levels by the coaches I train."

A Global Perspective
My coaching career has taken me to various countries, including China, Spain, and Colombia. These experiences have broadened my horizons and allowed me to learn from different coaching styles and cultures. I've also had the honor of working with professional teams in Colombia, sharing my knowledge and expertise with players at the highest level.
Developing Future Coaches
At Fairo Sport, we believe in fostering the next generation of soccer leaders. Our mentorship program pairs young, aspiring coaches with younger players, providing them with valuable hands-on experience. By investing in these young coaches, we're helping to ensure that the sport of soccer continues to thrive for years to come.
