Stephen Swanger, Fairo Sport Owner: Coach Swanger's journey started with extensive playing experience – think ODP leagues, NCAA D2, professional stints in Chile and Bolivia, and even representing the US Army National Team! His passion translated seamlessly into coaching, fueled by a Master's in Education and honed communication skills. He successfully led high school teams, fostering a competitive spirit alongside player development. Now, Coach Swanger leverages his diverse coaching licenses (UEFA C, USSF D) and certifications (TOVO, NSCAA) to curate specialized training programs. But his true passion lies in nurturing young talent through accessible programs that ensure everyone can experience the joy of "the beautiful game."
Claudiu Orbulescu: This street soccer and futsal prodigy honed his skills into a professional playing career spanning 11 years across 4 countries. Now, Claudiu coaches internationally, most recently with Eagleclaw FC (partnered with La Liga's Valencia CF). His philosophy revolves around building well-rounded players both on and off the field. He equips players with a complete skillset – technical proficiency, tactical understanding, mental strength, and a focus on holistic development (academic, social, and personal).
