Soccer Team and Group Registration

Fairo Soccer is offering a fantastic opportunity for your soccer team to experience our Positional Play Soccer Camp.

Soccer teams registering 10 or more players will receive a 25% discount (plus applicable tax) to our 2025 Soccer Camp with host FMESC at Surprise Lake Middle School in Milton, Washington.

Private Soccer Coaching and Soccer Training To secure this team discount, payment for a minimum of 10 players is required upfront.

Once this initial payment is processed, we will provide your team with a unique discount code to register additional players, up to a maximum of 16 in total.

For the goalkeepers in the group, the 25% discount will apply to the goalkeeper rate and we will send you a special link for that.

Fairo Sport LLC Soccer Camp - Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Please read the following information carefully before registering your child for the Fairo Sport LLC Soccer Camp. Understanding the Risks Participating in any physical activity involves inherent risks. Soccer, despite being a controlled sport, can still lead to injuries. This waiver outlines the potential risks associated with camp participation and aims to ensure you understand your responsibilities as a parent/guardian. Waiver of Liability By registering your child for the Fairo Sport LLC Soccer Camp, you agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your child's participation in the camp, including those arising from negligence or unforeseen circumstances. Medical Fitness: You certify that your child is physically fit and has no medical conditions that would preclude safe participation in the camp. Release of Liability: You waive, release, and discharge Fairo Sport LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising from your child's participation in the camp, including injuries, property damage, or any other unforeseen events. Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Fairo Sport LLC from any claims or lawsuits resulting from your child's participation in the camp. Medical Treatment Consent: You grant permission for camp staff to seek medical treatment for your child if deemed necessary in the event of an injury or illness. Photo/Video Release: You understand that photos and videos may be taken during the camp and agree to their use for promotional purposes by Fairo Sport LLC. Verification By checking the box below with attached statement during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form.
